2-piece upholstered sofa set — 1 x 2-seater + 1 x armchair, removable covers, visible tear & staining (used)

Lot: 2-piece upholstered lounge set (1 x 2-seater sofa and 1 x armchair) in neutral beige with removable cushion covers and loose scatter cushions. The set presents a comfortable, casual style and the strongest visible features are the removable covers and the included loose cushions — ideal for re-covering or a deep clean. The pair has noticeable surface soiling, flattened seats and at least one fabric tear on an arm shown in close-up photos.

Practical use: this pair is a great low-cost choice for a utility living room, rental unit, staging project or upcycling/refinish project where comfort is required over appearance. Buyers who can repair a small rip, re-stuff cushions or use slipcovers will find immediate value. Tradespeople, Airbnb hosts or hobby re-upholsterers can quickly refresh these pieces.
