Product description

Lot: tall wooden chest of drawers with scalloped top edge, decorative carved claw feet and fluted drawer fronts. Photographs and warehouse checks show brass round knobs (one broken), fitted drawer liners and multiple keyholes (no keys supplied). Finish shows surface wear, scattered scratches and chips; the carved feet and lower drawer fronts have noticeable scuffs and damage.

This roomy chest suits a bedroom, guestroom or restoration project where character is desired and some repair work is acceptable. Keep as storage in a cottage or farmhouse interior, or restore the finish and feet for resale or a decorative focal piece. The combination of multiple shallow and deeper drawers is practical for folded linen, clothing or mixed storage in a small room or studio.

  • Measurements: warehouse-supplied entries include ’96 x 52 x 112′ (ambiguous) plus additional supplied width 160 cm and depth 50 cm.
  • Working status: N/A (furniture). No structural wobble reported in warehouse check.
