Refunds are limited, item-specific, and controlled by the listing refund status.

Seven-day window

Refund requests are available only for seven days from the relevant sale/collection window as configured in the live workflow.

Applicable items only

Only items listed with refund eligibility can open a refund request.

Excluded items

As-is, salvage, untested, not working, no-refund and expired lots cannot be refunded.

Third-party collection

Courier, Uber or other third-party collections void refund eligibility.
