Blue ‘ELEPHANT’ Embossed Metal Kerosene / Hurricane Lantern – Complete with Glass

Bright blue metal kerosene/hurricane lantern stamped ELEPHANT on the base — complete with intact glass chimney, burner/wick assembly and bail handle. The lacquered blue finish appears original and the lantern shows attractive workshop wear: chipped paint, surface rust spots, scratches and soiling visible across the body and the glass. Burner and wick mechanism are present and were observed to raise and lower visually.

This is a strong lot for collectors of vintage utilitarian lighting, prop houses, restaurants or anyone seeking a rustic display piece or a restoration project.
