Product description
Lot: a cut crystal decanter with matching stopper plus four cut crystal tumblers presented in a fitted wooden box with red felt lining. The decanter shows clear square-cut panels and a faceted stopper (stopper present and fits). The set carries a hand-engraved personalisation — the name “Roger” is visible on the tumblers — and the wooden box is the original presentation style with red felt compartments.
This is a striking display set for a home bar, study or mantelpiece and will suit buyers looking for a ready-to-display vintage-style decanter group or someone after a gift box for restoration and re-use. The personalised engraving makes it desirable for a named keepsake or a bespoke display; the box and fitted compartments keep the glasses together for collectors, prop stylists or small hospitality settings looking for character pieces.
- Included: 1 cut crystal decanter + 1 stopper + 4 cut crystal tumblers + 1 wooden presentation box (7 items total).
- Condition: good overall with light surface scratches and scuffs consistent with use; wooden box exterior good, interior red felt worn and dusty with visible hair.
- Measurements: not provided by seller.
- Working status: N/A (glassware).
- Known faults: at least one tumbler has a visible rim chip (see photos); light surface scratches on decanter and glasses; set is personalised with engraving “Roger”; no maker’s mark visible.
