Collections can only happen once an order is marked Ready to collect.

eHawker does not offer delivery. Won auction lots must be collected after checkout and once the order is marked Ready to collect.
After winning an auction, the buyer completes checkout and payment. Once eHawker has processed the order and the items are ready, the order status will change to Ready to collect. Please do not arrive for collection before that status is shown, because the warehouse may still be processing the order.
Collections happen during trading hours only: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00. eHawker is closed on weekends and public holidays.
Buyers should bring the order number or account details so the warehouse team can find the correct items quickly.
If a refundable item has an obvious issue, raise it with the team during collection where possible. This keeps the refund process clean and traceable.
Collections by courier companies, Uber, or other third parties void refunds because eHawker cannot control handling after handover.
The normal refund period is seven days. Late collections can void refund eligibility.
There are no delivery options available. Buyers are responsible for collecting their won auction lots.

Can I send a courier or Uber?
You can arrange third-party collection if accepted operationally, but it voids refund protection because the item leaves eHawker’s control.
