Product description
AfriTrail cast-iron ribbed BBQ / griddle plate in new condition with the original hang tag attached. Heavy-looking ribbed cooking surface and twin hand cut-outs are clearly embossed with AfriTrail branding on the rim. Photos show an unused, clean cast-iron surface with protective sleeve and the manufacturer’s tag still in place.
This plate is built for direct grilling: use it to sear steaks, fish, burgers, vegetables or to give panini-style marks on bread. Its rectangular shape and integral handles suit home kitchens, braai/barbecue cooks, campers and small commercial prep where cast-iron heat retention and grill marks are wanted. Because it is unseasoned (tag states unseasoned), buyers should plan the first-time seasoning step before cooking.
