Mixed children’s play furniture & dollhouse lot — table, chairs, vanity, toy kitchen, pram (used, scuffed)

Lot of mixed children’s play furniture and dolls’ houses, presented as a single lot and ready for resale or playroom reuse. Key visible pieces include a small white wooden kids’ table with two matching white chairs, two molded plastic chairs (green and pink), a white vanity with mirror and pink stool, a pink wooden toy kitchen, several dolls’ houses (one marked Melissa & Doug), a wooden easel/whiteboard and a vintage-style wicker pram on a metal frame. Overall condition is used with clear surface wear visible in the photos.

This lot suits a small business, pre-school, prop house or parent wanting a ready-made play corner — ideal for repainting, staging or continued play. The mixed selection is useful for role-play, display or as parts for refurbishment projects. Many items are intact and structurally sound, so the lot will work well for re-sellers, decorators or community groups.
