Lot: Royal Doulton character jug “The Wizard” D6862 (1990), modelled by Stanley James Taylor. Clear Royal Doulton backstamp shown on the base and the model number D6862 is visible. This boldly painted, glazed ceramic jug features a blue drooping wizard’s hat, hand‑decorated metallic silver star detail, a black cat handle and detailed facial modelling — all shown in close photos. The metallic finish on the star is intact and there are no obvious large chips, cracks or repairs visible.
