Bright and charming: a hand-painted Italian figural lady-in-car novelty planter / desk tidy, base impressed ITALY and sold with seller disclosure as a Vintage 1960s Febland piece. The colourful lustre-glazed ceramic shows a seated lady in a floral dress, a checked blue rear compartment and detailed painted wheels — a distinctive collectible decorative bowl with clear maker mark on the base.
